Quaint Living

This home is a three bedroom two bath house, perfect for a small family. It has a backyard with a garden for those green thumbs, there is also a swing and slide for those bundles of joy. The kitchen has a dining room nook with a cozy feel. Living room is the first room you'll step into from the front door, to your left will be the den with a bookshelf. Download the house here. Modern Abode

This home offers you two bedrooms and one bath. This modern styled home is perfect for those who wish to live in style, but not break the bank on a large house. The driveway pulls right up to the front door. You enter the living room from the front door and to your left is the dining and kitchen. Cozy House

This house has Two bedrooms and one bath. The kitchen is the first room you'll enter, room for a desk near the front door as well. The living room offers a sliding door out to the large garden field for those green thumbs. It has a two car driveway so your family always has room to grow. Download the house here. Old Oak Starter

This house is very small, but convenient for a starter sim [although it's just a tad over 16k sadly]. It's one bedroom with one bathroom. It has a small kitchen and small dining. The reason this house is over 16k slightly is I tried to pick furniture that would not be harmful to your sims, as in bad moodlets. Download the house here. View pictures here.
